Resistance Values and Standards
  • Miniature resistance temperature detector.
  • Resistance values: Pt50, Pt100, Pt500 and Pt1000.
  • Pt resistance values according to IEC 60751.
  • Colour coding according to IEC 60751.
Construction Options
  • Rigid PVC construction: 0 to +80 °C, 4.8 to 6.4 mm diameter.
  • Rigid SI construction: -25 to +180 °C, 4.8 to 6.4 mm diameter.
  • Rigid TEX construction: -50 to +200 °C, 3.2 to 6.4 mm diameter.
  • Bendable constructions cover -50 to +300 °C, -200 to +400 °C and -200 to +550 °C depending on selected diameter.
Tolerance and Element Type
  • Tolerance options: Class A, Class B, 1/3 Class B, 1/5 Class B and 1/10 Class B.
  • Tolerances as per IEC 60751.
  • Element types: 2-wire single or duplex, 3-wire single or duplex, and 4-wire single or duplex.
  • Some tolerance options are restricted by wire configuration; review the datasheet ordering table before enquiry.
Sheath, Lead Wire and Termination
  • Sheath material: SS 316.
  • Sheath diameters: 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.8 mm, 6.0 mm and 6.4 mm.
  • Wire type options include P, P/P, P/CuPTW, TEX, TEX/CuTEXTW, TEX/TEXTW, SS flexible armour + TEX, glass fibre + galvanised steel braiding, Si/Si, Si/CuSiTW or no leadwire.
  • End termination options include bare ends, standard or miniature connectors, high-temperature connectors, Lemo connectors and junction box connector for flexible armour.
  • Options include no option, bracket with wire clamp, bracket with fitting, moisture proof jacket, spring on transition and pot seal M8 x 1 with locknuts.
